Services and fees
Every engagement begins with a consultation used to prepare a quote. Fees, billing milestones, and termination terms are set out in the engagement letter signed by the client. External costs (notary, taxes, official filings) are re-invoiced at actual cost.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Andorran law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the competent courts of the Principality of Andorra, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
